Byron Scullin

Byron Scullin - Sound Designer

As a Composer, Sound Designer and Audio Engineer, Byron has a unique and diverse range of experiences that he brings to his work. As a freelance Audio Engineer, he starting out mixing bands in pubs and went on to work on on considerably large sound systems for multi-million dollar musicals.

Some career highlights include; Technical Director and one of the Australian Composers for the bi-annual Immersion Festival curated by Philip Samartzis; Composer in residence for Arena Theatre Company; and sound and music composition for various choreographers including Jo Lloyd and Tracie Mitchell.

Byron has worked as Sound Designer for Chunky Move's I Want to Dance Better at Parties, Tense Dave, Wanted, Crumpled and Corrupted.
